Customers Purchasing Web, Mobile, or Desktop Applications

By proceeding with a trial, purchase, or deployment of any application, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the conditions described below, which apply independently of any other agreement or communication with Anunzio International FZC.
When a trial period is provided, the customer may continue to use the application throughout the fifteen (15)-day trial period. If the customer decides to proceed with the purchase and continue using the application beyond the trial, they may make the required payment either during the trial period or immediately upon its completion, depending on their preference. This payment requirement applies only if the customer chooses to buy and continue using the application. Failure to make payment within this permitted timeframe authorizes Anunzio International FZC to suspend or terminate the application without any responsibility for resulting data loss, service interruption, or loss of access. During the trial phase, the customer understands that although we may market our systems as having “no back doors,” or use alternative marketing expressions conveying similar meaning, we may still implement essential control mechanisms strictly for trial-period management. After successful payment, any core code upgrades, structural improvements, or application enhancements will be performed by our support team according to scheduled timelines, which may vary based on internal workload and upcoming release cycles.
The customer further agrees not to distribute, share, license, replicate, or resell any application obtained from us unless they have lawfully purchased a White Label Panel that explicitly grants such distribution rights. The customer acknowledges that the White Label Panel is not included in the standard plan, and its pricing must be formally inquired through Anunzio International FZC’s official communication channels. A quotation must be obtained and approved before any distribution rights are granted. Any unauthorized dissemination of our applications constitutes a breach of policy. Anunzio International FZC reserves the right to refuse service, immediately terminate access, initiate legal action, or request hosting providers to remove illicit or improperly distributed copies of our software.
Anunzio International FZC shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, compromise, or deletion of data arising from the use of our applications, regardless of whether hosting services are provided by us or arranged independently by the customer. Additionally, the customer acknowledges that all payments made for customized software—whether web, mobile, or desktop—are strictly non-refundable, as such solutions require dedicated development time, customization effort, and specialized resources.
By making a purchase, accepting deployment, or continuing use of any of our applications, the customer agrees that this page serves as a binding and enforceable policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept this policy prior to making any payment. This policy must be respected in full and is to be followed independently of any other agreement, discussion, or arrangement with Anunzio International FZC.
For web applications, the customer may either purchase hosting through Anunzio International FZC or acquire hosting independently and provide the required access for deployment. In cases where hosting is purchased through Anunzio International FZC, Anunzio will act solely as an intermediary between the customer and the hosting provider. The customer agrees that all terms, conditions, limitations, and policies of the chosen hosting provider apply in full, in addition to the policies of Anunzio International FZC.
For any other third-party services integrated into the application—such as cloud-based security tools, backup services, monitoring platforms, or additional external systems requested by the customer—the customer acknowledges that the policies and service terms of those third-party providers shall also apply. Anunzio International FZC is not responsible for providing, sharing, or maintaining the policy pages, legal documentation, or service terms of any third-party provider, and the customer must review such information independently. Anunzio International FZC is not liable for notifying customers of any updates or changes made by third-party providers. The names of such third-party companies will not be disclosed unless the customer specifically requests them. Anunzio International FZC’s role in such integrations is strictly that of an intermediary where applicable, and the company cannot be held responsible for the policies, decisions, or operational standards of any external service provider.
